This Thursday, October 29, is the last day to apply for a student-initiated withdrawal (“X”) from a course. Student-initiated withdrawal forms are available in the Registrar’s Office. Completed forms must be signed by both your academic advisor and the instructor of the course you are withdrawing from. The signed forms must be returned to the Registrar’s Office by 5 p.m. on Thursday 10/29. Late forms will not be accepted.
