If you need a transcript that includes Fall 2017 grades and you are making the request BEFORE Tuesday 2 January, 2018, make sure to select “Hold for Current Semester Grades” when ordering. If you do not, you may need to order a second transcript.
Seniors graduating in January 2018 should select “Hold for Current Semester Grades & Degree Posted” to make sure their degree is listed on the transcript. Degrees should be posted by January 19, 2018. If you do not, you may need to order a second transcript.
Allegheny College will be closed for the winter break between December 23, 2017 and January 2, 2018. Transcript orders that require special handling may be delayed during that time.
