Effective December 21,2016, transcript requests for current students cannot be processed until fall semester grades are posted to the official transcripts.
If you have a deadline date before or near January 12, 2017, we recommend that you request your transcript prior to the December 21 deadline so that it can be processed before the transcript freeze begins. Students wishing to have fall semester grades posted will need to indicate “HOLD FOR GRADES” when ordering through WebAdvisor Transcript on Demand service.
We anticipate that these transcripts will be processed and forwarded on January 12, 2017. Please note that no official transcripts will be available for first-semester students until January 12.
The Transcript Freeze does not affect transcript orders for alumni and former students, whose transcript orders will be processed as usual.
